Exploring and photographing the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness has been an incredible experience. The BWCAW spans over a million acres of pristine lakes and forests along the Minnesota–Canada border, offering endless inspiration for nature photography. From mirror-like sunrises on quiet lakes to the calls of loons echoing through the pines, every moment feels untouched and timeless. Capturing its raw beauty reminds me why I love photographing the natural world.
